High School here he comes

School is out and Joseph is going to be a freshman.  I don't know if I am ready for my sweet little boy to be in high school.

Little League season is back

Hunter is now a Major Pirate.  He is so excited and so far really loves his new team. 

I go prepared every practice and game all bundled up and ready to cheer for my guy.

My Birthday

Another year has come and gone.  Why is it that when you are little bumping up your age is the greatest thing ever?  Ok it's not that bad now that I'm older but not as exciting either.  I had a great day of scrapping the day away at the  polka dot whimsy crop with my friend Tammy.  She made my day so wonderful with all her sweet little treats she had in store for me.  Everyone needs a friend like Tammy. And when I came home my sweet boys had made me cards and a cake.  I ended the day with tears in my eyes (happy tears) as I felt the love from my family and friends.  Sometimes in the craziness of everyday life I forget how blessed I really am

Another snow day

We have had so much rain this year that it is hard not to resist a day in the snow.  When you live on the west coast and don't have to deal with being snowed in the thought of playing in the snow is actually fun.   This time we were joined by my friend Tammy and her boys.  We had a blast and the weather was perfect.  A little scare towards the end when Tammy's little guy had really low blood sugar with his diabetes.  But with some juice and a piggyback ride to the car and everything turn out ok.  And we can't forget the 2 pizzas the boys wolfed down.  Seriously our 4 boys can eat.

While walking through the mall today I came across this super cute window display.  All your pictures in a heart shape.  How cute would this be on a empty wall with you family pictures. 

Valentine Project

This was the gift I made for my husband last year for Valentine's Day.  I made it for his office but "surprise, surprise" it is still being displayed in the house.  I wonder if it will ever end up at work.  
I'm still thinking about what to do for this year.
